Return Policy
This Policy explains when a full (100%) refund may be issued for purchases made on the official Essaypass website and when refunds are not available. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Scope and free services
Certain on-site tools may be offered free of charge (for example, basic AI helpers or basic plagiarism checks). Because no payment is involved, free services are not subject to this Refund Policy.
Our responsibility
Essaypass is responsible for delivering the purchased Product or Service in accordance with the requirements stated in your Order. If we materially fail to meet these commitments for reasons attributable to us, you may be eligible for a full refund under this Policy.
Balance, promo codes, and credits
Only funds you personally paid through supported payment methods are eligible for a refund back to the original payment method.
Amounts credited from promotions, bonuses, coupons, or incentives are non-withdrawable and non-transferable, and may only be used to pay for orders on the website.
If a promo code was used, only the amount actually paid after the discount is refundable. Promo codes have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
When a full refund may be approved
Eligibility is determined case by case after review. The following situations generally qualify for a 100% refund:
- Non-delivery or material non-conformity: the delivered work is missing, inaccessible, corrupted, or materially fails to follow the Order instructions.
- Verified originality breach: you provide a clear report from a reputable originality service demonstrating a material breach.
- Accidental duplicate order: (same item placed twice by mistake) and you contact us promptly before production meaningfully proceeds on the duplicate; the duplicate is fully refunded.
- Double billing: for the same transaction, verified by receipts; the extra charge is fully refunded.
- QA-approved dispute: after Quality Assurance investigation, we determine a full refund is appropriate.
When no refund applies
Refunds are generally not available where any of the following occurs:
- The Product has already been used by you for any personal, academic, or commercial purpose (including submission or publication).
- Academic outcomes do not meet expectations (grades, admissions, exams, tests). We do not guarantee academic results. Our services are for lawful academic assistance as described in your Order.
- We cannot verify your claim because the Order or delivery was handled outside our official website flow or in violation of site policies, preventing QA review.
- For editing/proofreading orders, issues originate from the materials you provided (including contextual errors or originality problems in your content), or attempts to convert an editing/rewriting brief into new-content creation after purchase.
Ownership and use of content after refund
If an order is refunded, the ownership and rights to use the delivered content remain with you. You may submit, publish, distribute, or otherwise use the content. Essaypass may retain copies solely as required by law and for internal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Refund process and timelines
Once a refund is approved, we typically process it within 3 business days. Posting times depend on your payment provider and card issuer. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; for technical reasons, routing a refund to a different method is not possible. Bank fees, anomalies, and delays outside our control are your responsibility.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your issuer, we may suspend account access during the investigation. Fees arising from chargebacks or payment disputes may be charged to you where permitted by law.
Payments and data security
Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers via secure checkout. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers. Processing is governed by the providers' terms and privacy policies in addition to this Policy.
Taxes and fees
Service fees, transaction fees, and applicable taxes may apply and will be disclosed at checkout. Where required by law, we will collect and remit applicable taxes.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact Customer Support at service@essaypass.ai and include:
- your order number,
- a concise description of the issue, and
- relevant evidence (attachments, reports, timestamps).
We will acknowledge receipt, investigate, and inform you of the outcome.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the website and, where appropriate, by email. The version posted at the time of your purchase or request will apply, subject to applicable law.
